If you're here for help, you have a few options. You can raise a ticket, post in the user forum, or put a new idea in our suggestion area. So, what's the difference and where should you go? Please read on...
Please, help yourself... And, perhaps, others
We would encourage you to post questions in our User Forum if your question is general. While we try to provide as much help as we can, it might be that another CrossWorks user could help you out just as quickly as our staff. Or you might find the answer to your question by browsing the community forums. In fact, we'd really like you to help us build a community to support all CrossWorks users so that you'll browse our forums even when you don't have a problem!
Pre-sales information, Knowledgebase, and Frequently Asked Questions
There are problems that keep on cropping up. We have documented common problems and solutions for these issues, so before raising a ticket or asking in the forum, why not try searching our Community? If you're considering CrossWorks and need pre-sales information, we have put together some resources to help you decide. If you need more information, please ask!
Some things are best in private
If you have a sensitive issue that needs attention, and it isn't appropriate to raise this in a forum post you should raise a ticket with us to go through the problem.
Suggestions?
Whilst we'd love feedback on CrossWorks and suggestions for new features, we'd much prefer you share your thoughts with us and others using our Suggestion Forum. You get to vote on things you'd like to see and we'll try to help out with the features you vote for!
