Keeping in touch with RSS feeds
We like RSS feeds. I like RSS feeds. As a company we've never spammed anybody with new release or bugfix alerts. Rather than blasting everybody with e-mail and risking things getting caught in filters, the subscription model works so nicely for us. And now CrossWorks 2 has minimal built-in RSS and Atom readers to keep you up-to-date with headline news.
If you've browsed around Zendesk, you'll have seen a lot of RSS icons. That's a nice feature, you can subscribe to only what interests you and keep tabs on the activity of certain forums, posts, or pages. Subscribing to the Announcements forum might be a good idea, or subscribing to changes in our support homepage.
But one of the things that isn't well known is the link to get a feed of all activity on the site over all forums. If you're enthusiastic and would like to be deluged by cries for help, subscribe to the feed http://rowley.zendesk.com/posts.rss.

Here's a list of all our feeds. You probably don't want, or even need, to subscribe to all of them.
