Will CrossWorks run on Windows 7?

  Yes. I've been using the 64-bit version of Windows 7 for some time now.

  I had 2.0.3 working on 64 bit win7 but my upgrade to 2.0.4 keeps blowing up after the install finishes with a win7 popup that says it detected an install problem. Then when I start crossworks the about screen shows it is still 2.0.3 version.  Haven't spent a lot of time trying to get it to work yet. Just tried it 2 times today and gave up.

  Jon,

   

  Do you know if the CrossConnect drivers will work on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine?  Also, do you know of a standalone program akin to MCHelper that will run on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine in order to load firmware without an emulator?

  Yes, the CrossConnect device drivers work on 64-bit Windows 7.

  I've no experience of using MCHelper or similar software on 64-bit Windows 7, maybe someone else can suggest something.

  What is the Minimum spec of a machine to use the Crossworks compile and link tools
