Can't find StandardARMSimulator.dll version 4, 64bit

I am have a problem configuring ARM simulator in both Win 10 and Win 7 64bit, Is there a missing DLL?

  This is supplied in the CrossWorks distribution. Edit the project properties, right click on the "Memory Simulation File" and select "Use Inherited Value" to get the default.
