New Part and board support

STMicroelectronics (ST.COM) has a NUCLEO-WL55JC1 based on STM32WL55JCI6. This is a dual core M4 + M0 Plus and they added the SEMTECH IP for SX126x on the die. And then just for fun, they built a SMPS power system to keep the power low, on the die.

This is the only device on the market that has licensed the LoRa IP.
