How to set IDE Environment Options for Dark Theme

How do I set the IDE environment options to enable the dark theme?  I found where I can change it for just the text editor, but not for the other window elements.

  Set the Environment > User Interface > Theme environment option to Dark.

  Thanks, but there is no Theme environment option.

  Sorry, the dark theme is only currently supported on Windows and Linux versions.
