Suggest you add 'gcc.exe' to installed ARM binaries

I like to use Visual Studio Code as my code editor. For Intellisense to parse the C code properly, ideally it needs to be able to call the 'gcc' cross-compiler. But, the Rowley installation doesn't bundle gcc.exe; it only bundles cc1.exe.

For better integration, could you bundle gcc.exe in the installation too?
