Targets List -Make Favorite

Hi,

When I made a change on the target list, it reverts to its original form after restarting the IDE. Like making an interface  favorite or forget favorite.

Is there a way to make it permanent? (without Admin>Export/Import)

I am on W10 and IDE 4.7.2
