Can't start process gcc..

I have problem with building my solution. I work on LM3S9B95 Texas Instruments with Segger J-Link. When i want to build my solution, there is an error: Can't start process C:/Program Files/Rowley Associates Limited/CrossWorks for ARM 2.3/gcc/arm-unknown-elf/bin/cc1. Had you ever problem like that? I checked attributes for this file and it's full access. There are any possibilities to fix it?
