CrossWorks does not support the Nu-Link target interface - you can however use one of the supported target interfaces. See https://www.rowley.co.uk/arm/index.htm for a list of the supported target interfaces. In addition to this, see https://www.rowley.co.uk/arm/Supported_Devices.htm for a list of supported Nuvoton devices.

Jon, thank you for your help. I dont understand: after I've downloaded the official packages for my device (which is supported according to the link you provided), how do I flashing the code into the device? which target interface do I use? should I import a new interface? should I use already existing interface?

CrossWorks does not support the Nu-Link target interface that is embedded on the Nuvoton boards. In order download and debug the device you need to use a target interface device that is supported such as a CrossConnect. So for example, in order to download and debug with the NuTiny-SDK-NUC140 board we had to snap off the Nu-Link target interface part of the board and wire on a standard ARM JTAG/SWD connector to allow it to be used with other target interface devices.
