Laptop auto restarted over night, now Crossworks is saying I have no license installed?

    Hi Benjamin,

    I hope you got your product activation key is a reasonable time, we do try and monitor activation requests as much as possible out of office hours. It's unusual that a reboot caused your license activation to fail. Crossworks by default (You can change this during the activation request process.) uses your network adapter MAC address to lock to. We do see problems with this if something volatile like a virtual adapter is being used. Do you have some kind of VPN in place? The MAC address on this type of adapter is prone to change. I would suggest checking which device you are locking to, physical adapters or the system disk should avoid this problem.
