The short version of my question:
Where is the GUI setting for the project file's project_directory setting in CrossWorks for ARM 2.3.5?
The long version:
I have a CrossWorks solution which contains multiple projects. In the IDE, I copied a project (resulting in project "Copy of XXX"), and renamed that. I removed all the source files from the project in the IDE, and then added back the same files, but in a new folder.
I then had problems building the copy, and found that the reason was that when the source files in the new project were being compiled, the object files were being placed in the old project's folder. Looking through the .hzp file, I found that under <project Name="newproject"> was the setting project_directory="oldproject\Crossworks".
In the Properties Window, I see Full Project Directory ....oldproject\Crossworks but it's read-only. I've looked all through the Project Manager, and can't find that setting anywhere, even under Build Options.
It's not determined by the location of my .hzp file. I have one single .hzp file in a folder, and all the programs are in subfolders under that (oldproject, newproject, other projects...). The IDE correctly shows each of those projects to be located in its proper sub-folder.
It's easy enough to edit the .hzp file, but how is one supposed to change that in the GUI, instead of editing the file?
I'm using CrossWorks for ARM release 2.3.5.
