Cannot Mass Erase to unlock System Security

Using a NXP Kenetis ARM device.  Using Target "CrossConnect for ARM".  When I attempt to connect, I get a pop up box stating "System Security Enabled - MassErase to unlock?"

When I click the 'Yes' button, the Output window displays the message "Can't find debug component in ROM table" .  The debugger never connects with the target.

Any ideas?
