    Hi Ken,

    I am sorry we have not responded to your order processing problem. It seems that the usual notification  email to notify us about new tickets did not work as expected yesterday. I am addressing your problem now and will get back to you via your  support ticket in a few moments.

    I have tried several different CC's thinking it was my CC issue, but it happened with all of them.
