    Hi  Greg,

    I am not on the engineering team and I am sure they will have their own thoughts. As a quick work around for this for the moment, your current product key can be found and copied by clicking Tools > License Manager > 'Diagnose Problems'. Scroll down to the section labelled 'List of Activation Records'  you will see a text string of your product key which can be copied to your clipboard.
