Loader verify failed STM32L431

Hi Support.

I'm trying to debug my program on a STM32L431 chip with the st link V2 using SWO but I keep getting the "Loader verify failed" error. 
If I use ST Link utility software I can connect to the target and program it., but trying to debug form CrossStudio fails.

I have tried: 
1) Connect under reset Yes / No (Reset wire is connected to target and normally I use Yes) 
2) Different "Target Clock Speed" Tried 1000 / 50000 / 900000 
3) Different "SWO Baud Rate" but I am not sure this applies here? 
4) Verified hardware / software on another project with a different ARM CPU. All works

I'm using CrossStudio 4.1.1.20 on a windows 10 pro x64 machine.
