Company wide settings

Dear all

In our company we would like to rollout crosswork with company customized settings. The user should still be able to make settings that have not been predefined by the adminstrator.

Is there a chance to have something like two settings.xml with different priorities?

user_settings.xml
admin_settings.xml (defines some settings and overrides them)
