[SOLVED] Rowley Folder Info In Release hex File

Why do I get  file location details in release .hex file?  I could use these locations. Is there a setting not to get it?

 

Running on W10  with Crossworks 4.6.0

  The most likely cause is that there are uses of the __FILE__ preprocessor definition in the program.

  When I choose optimization level 1 or 2, they disappear as the code size shrinks. No adverse effect on the mcu's operating

  [SOLVED]

  commenting out below line in stm32f0xx_conf.h file removed all

  #define assert_param(expr) ((expr) ? (void)0 : assert_failed((uint8_t *)__FILE__, __LINE__))
