Editor keys combination to move lies up/down please

I am used to Alt+Up/Down to move the current line (or selected lines) up and down and similar combinations in other editors (Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down in Scintilla). You currently have Alt+Up/Down as three lines up/down, which I have never had any use for, so would gladly sacrifice for line moves.

Maybe it already exists and I just could not find it in the help? Where is the help for Editor key combinations, please?
