STM32 ST-Link V2 speed control?

Is there a way to control the STM32 ST-LinkV2 debug probe SWD connection speed from Rowley CrossStudio for ARM?

We have a HW design that requires a lower rate than the max. Setting "SWCLK=9" with the ST-Link CLI command line tool before connecting with Rowley seesm to do the trick, but that's a bit cumbersome.

The arm_target_interface_speed and arm_target_trace_SWO_speed do not seem to have any effect on this.

  Hi...I am using the ST-Link v2 with a target STM32 board running at 1.8V. I connect the "target Vcc" to my boards Vcc ok, but the SWDIO and SWDCLK outputs from the ST-link are at 3.3V. Yet it looks like it is supposed to work down to 1.65V. How can I use it with my 1.8V board?
