Is there some hoop I need to jump through for support? I feel a little perplexed, as questions I have asked don't appear to ever get looked at. I have an open ticket from a year ago. If support questions don't get reviewed, how would I go about resolving any license or other issue? Is my user profile blocked or something?
I evaluated crossworks a year ago, and am re evaluating as it does seem to fit this time around.
