Two Issues with rectangular selection / column edit

Hello Rowley Team,

There are two issues with the rectangular selection. When tabs are used to intend the code, the rectangle is not really a rectangle. For example, in the FreeRTOS Code:

In addition, when having a rectangular selection with a width of zero, the size of the selection is not shown in the bottom bar:

PS: Nearly forgot: Please support the Mouse-Wheel during selection. It is not working at all with normal selection. While doing a rectangular selection and using the mouse wheel the windows is scrolling chaotically.
