Activation Key
I'm not getting an activation key for my registration, not even an e-mail indicating that the registration key was received.

Hi Robert,
It looks like we sent an email response to you on Friday 6th September at 08:41 (GMT). Could you check your spam folders for any responses from license@crossworks.com. I will also resend the message in the meantime. Alternatively as you have active support you can create a support ticket using the link below so that we can send you a private message containing your activation key.
