CrossConnect not recognised by Windows 10

My CrossConnect works OK on my old Win7 laptop, but it isn't recognised by Win10 on my new laptop. I can't install the drivers because it isn't recognised as new hardware.

  To install the CrossConnect device driver:

  1. Download and unzip the CrossConnect Windows device driver from https://www.rowley.co.uk/arm/CrossConnect.htm
  2. Open the Windows device manager.
  3. Attach the CrossConnect device to your PC.
  4. Right click on the CrossConnect entry in the device manager and select Update driver.
  5. Select Browse my computer for driver software.
  6. Click Browse and set the location to the directory you unzipped the CrossConnect driver to.
  7. Click Next to install the device driver.

  That worked OK. You ought to add that info to the installation web page.
