Cannot generate activation request for CrossStudio for ARM 4.4

I have a new product key for CrossStudio for ARM 4.4 and I am unable to request an activation key:

- Go to Tools > License Manager

- Select Request Activation After Purchasing

- Copy product key to "Enter your product key:"

- Use MAC address to lock the license

- "Activation request:" says "Activation data not yet valid"

- "Send e-mail" button is greyed/grayed out.
