Application crashes after latest Windows update

Hi everyone,

I started facing a strange issue after installing the latest Windows update a few days ago. One of the applications I use regularly now crashes randomly during startup or sometimes freezes completely after a few minutes of use. Before the update, everything was running smoothly without any problems.

I already tried reinstalling the application, clearing temporary files, and updating drivers, but the issue is still happening. Event Viewer is showing application fault errors, although nothing very specific.

What’s confusing is that another system in our office running the older Windows version still works perfectly with the same software. So at this point I’m wondering if the recent update changed some compatibility or security settings in the background.

I’ve seen similar stability issues happen after major system updates before, especially in environments where software compatibility is critical.
