Re; Openfile/folder Dialog...display, create, delete, copy, etc

I second Henry's suggestion, but I'd like to clarify his point. When I open a folder in RCW (via Macro$haft's Windows(tm)(c)(r)(thieves) to save and or open a file, I am forced to open Windows-Explorer to create subdirctories and-or cut and paste from Windows Explorer to the RCW dialog as there is no (standard) file directory dialog offered. While things are workable this way, the strategy is a bit archaic in my opinion. Please consider adding standard Windows/Linux-x11 style directory dialog features such as, create directory, display directory contents, delete directory, et cetera.

when u add a folder or file i would like to search for it in an explorer like folder structure like in every other program.
