Docked vs Floating Windows

I'm new to CrossStudio and trying to get used to it. The docked window style is driving me crazy - is there any way to make all of the windows floating? I want to be able to place windows wherever I want so I can look at multiple source files at once while overlapping other windows that I don't need to see completely.

If not - I'd like to suggest this feature for a future version.
