RTC_IRQHandler does not fire

I have a ST NUCLEO-F091RC development board. I have tried various of the RTC examples but in all cases the RTC_IRQHandler interrupt does not seem to fire when using CrossStudio. I have imported the EWARM example PWR_CurrentConsumption. If set for a button wakeup it works, if set for RTC wakeup it fails. I have run the examples in IAR and Keil and then it works in all cases. I have tried writing my own code and cannot get RTC_IRQHandler to work in CrossStudio.
