USB error - cannot open USB device - STLINKV2 on OSX

I'm using an STM32 Nucleo board, NUCLEO-F303K8, but can't seem to get CrossStudio to connect to the onboard STLINKV2. I'm on 10.10.5 Yosemite, running CrossStudio for ARM 3.6 in Evaluation mode. I can connect to the board with st-util via Terminal, and can program the board via MBED with no problems. I made sure to change "Target Interface Type" to SWD, and have been googling all over the place trying to get connected. 

 

Any idea what's going on here?

  Is the firmware up to date on the STLink/V2?
