Cannot Read ELF DWARF File

I use CW ARM 3.5.1. I would like to output an ELF file to be read by Micrium uC/Probe (reads DWARF 2). But uC/Probe cannot read the ELF:

 "Illegally formatted ELF file. DWARF information could not be parsed." ELF DWARF set to version 2. Are there other settings for the ELF file or output?
