Modify the Tasking Library

I am going to modify the Tasking Library.

I'm adding mechanisms to measure the number of clock cycles spent in in task and adding message queues to the task instead of stand alone as you have it.

Do you see any problems with my versions of the various CTL files interfering with your?

The linker should take mine over yours and all should be OK -- right?

  Add the sources to your project and remove usage of the library.
