OSX Enable Scrolling in CrossWorks

I tend to use my track pad a lot on my Mac Book. When I scroll up and down CrossWorks scroll the window exactly as expected.

 

But...

 

When I two finger scroll left and right CrossWorks freaks out and does some crazy scroll up and down instead. I thought horizontal scroll was a default behavior in Mac since every application I use works properly. Even non Cocoa apps like Wireshark scroll as expected.

 

Is this configurable in CrossWorks. If so how can I get horizontal scroll working?

 

I am using CrossWorks Version:

CrossWorks for ARM
Release 3.3.1.2014121602.22877
Mac OS x86

  I requested horizontal scrolling back in 2013. The official reply was:

  "Unfortunately, Qt does not have support for horizontal scrolling on any platform... I would not expect support for it any time soon."

  That does not sound correct since if I click in some of the panes is works just fine in CrossWorks. How can it not be support and work in about 50% of the views. I think is is just a bug in CrossWorks.

  @Chrisw this should now be fixed in the daily snapshot build ( http://www.rowleydownload.co.uk/snapshots/arm_crossworks_crossworks_v3_macos_x86.dmg ).
