Code completion shortcut keys?

Hi,

I have googled the web and searched this site for what the hot key combo is for making the code completion help appear. It works fine on my machine when I'm writing code, but if I'm editing I just want to click inside the parens, hit some hotkey combo, and have the code completion popup.

Also, does anyone know what it's called in the hot key editor? I've looked there, but can't find among the hundreds of entries.
