How to import ST example projects.

Is it possible to import example projects supplied by ST for the discovery boards.  I am interested in learning Crossworks and I have an STM32F429 Discovery board.  I would like to get the main demo supplied by ST running in Crossworks.  I realize that Crossworks already supplies a couple of basic demos, but I am hoping to get a few of the more complex demos imported.  What is the easiest way to do this?
