CrossWorks for ARM 3.x Support Multicore M4/M0?

Does CrossWorks for ARM 3.x support debugging both the M4 and M0 cores in the LPC4300 series parts simultaneously?

If yes, is there a write-up of how to set this up? If not, when will this configuration be supported?

Yes it does (not with j-link) - there are sample projects supplied for example.
