Add New File Templates

When clicking the New File icon, a list of pre-existing file templates appears.

Is it possible to customize this list?

Ideally, among others, I'm looking for a way of having C++ Header Files appear on the list with a .hpp extension.

  Not currently.  If you want it, please suggest it in the suggestion forum or on UserVoice.
