CrossWorks for ARM linux requires root for perminant license activation

I just installed CrossWorks for ARM 2.2.0.2012022100.14129 on ubuntu linux.

I found that after activating then closing CrossWorks when I opened it again it said that I had no license.

I had to launch CrossWorks as root to make the license remain valid over sessions. One I did that the license activation remained permanently.
