Licence issue

I tried to use Xworks this morning and I see an error "No software licence installed - click to request activation"

Found my original email with the activation key but when I enter it it says that it is not for this machine case #2 9C19-3963"

I haven't changed machines.

What steps do I now take to re-activate the licence or fix the problem.

  It happened to me as well, during operation. I noticed that it was during some Microsoft update - most likely it has changed somethign the license is connected to.

  I just asked for new license.
