Generic FTDI Parameter Output Value 2

The Generic FT2232 debug interface in Crossworks for ARM 2.2 seems to have acquired an extra parameter "Output Value 2".

What or when is it used?

  If defined, it is set after "Output Value" has been applied - it allows signals to be toggled when setting up the initial value of the output pins.
