How do I go back to an older support package?

I had been using version 2.9 of the STMicroelectronics STM32 CPU Support Package and things were working fine.

I accidentally installed version 2.10 and now, after I download and start up the code, when I disconnect the debugger, the target is reset - where as in versino 2.9 the debugger would just disconnect.

So, I would like to go back to version 2.9.

1) Where do I find the version 2.9 STM32.hqz file?
2) If I try to install the down rev version, will the install work?
