Energy Micro STK OEM J-Link Support
I had some issues getting the Tiney Gecko kit up and running with Crossworks and the OEM J-Link on the starter kit. Since I was not able to find this information, I am posting it to help others.
Crossworks could talk to the OEM J-Link fine but was unable to flash the device. A macro/script file was required, but this was nowhere to be found in the crossworks distribution or the energy micro software. I noticed that IAR was invoking a "FlashEFM32.mac" file before flashing the device, and this same macro file works fine in crossworks. Problem solved.

Thanks for the info. I'm having trouble with this on the Tiny Gecko starter kit as well.
I'm using CrossStudio 2.2 and trying to use the Segger L-Link MAC OS X v4.43c beta download from www.segger.com (IAR on Windows seems to use 4.34b in the kickstart 6.0 disk that came with the board). I can get the libusb software installed and JLinkExe to talk to the on-board debugger using it, but CrossStudio says "Generic .dll is not open" even though I removed the -host spec on Segger in targets.xml and moved the Segger dylib to bin/JLink.so_macos_x86.
I do see the "FlashEFM32.mac" file. It seems to be a source for a couple of routines. Is that VB maybe? Are you running CrossStudio on Windows?
