Loader Verify Failed error...

Hi all,

My setup: Ubuntu 9.10, CrossConnect Lite, Olimex SAM7-EX256 and Olimex SAM7-Pxxx. When I try to flash, I get "Loader Verify Failed" error. I've tried this on both boards, and used USB power and wallwart. Same end result.

Any thoughts?

I tried the SAM7-p64 package, debugio sample, and same result...

 

Sad sad me.

  Try reducing JTAG clock frequency (http://rowley.zendesk.com/entries/45529-reduce-the-jtag-tck-frequency).

  Well, if I set the "Adaptive Clock" to "No", it works, "Yes" and "Auto" do not. I'm using a CrossConnect Lite

  A SAM7 does not support adaptive clocking (no RTCK).  You MUST set this to non-adaptive clocking as the SAM7 is not a synthesized fore, it's a hard core.  You need a divider because the JTAG TCK needs to be 1/6th the CPU core frequency.
