Always rebuild ?

In Crossstudio 2.0 ARM I  always see this message "The project (...) is out to date and needs to be build. Build the project before debugging ?" when I start debug, even I don't change any source file. In version 1.7 only files with changes needs to be rebuild.

Option "Always rebuild" is disabled in tree project name(..)-> Project Properties and Source Files->Folder Properties->Always Rebuild=No.

Is another option for rebuild ?
