lm3s_cmsis.h Missing on TI Cortex-M3 CTL Executable

I have CrossWorks 2.0.4 installed and tried to create a new CTL executable. I get an error that lm3s_cmsis.h cannot be found. I did a search in the usual suspect library folders and it appears this header file is no where on my system. Where did I go wrong?
