I need to know how I can interface "CrossStudio for MSP430" with a MSP430F2274 through a FT2232D chip in a own-designed development tool which operates correctly with "CrossStudio for ARM". Can anybody help me?

  No, you can't.  The MSP430 cannot be programmed by an FT2232 device, ever.
