Target-specific functions not on main Target menu

Hi,

I've just discovered some very useful target functions (including some device specific options), that seem to be available only by right-clicking on the active target in the Targets window. I think they should appear on the main Target drop-down menu item as well.

The items in question are:

• Download file, and verify file (various file formats)
• Show, Set or Clear the GPNVM bits (specific to an Atmel AT91SAM9 device):

  Whilst I agree that they should be there, the fact is that they are very difficult to actually put there.
