Does our $1500US license enable us to use Crossworks with any ARM chip?

"Any ARM Chip"?  What, you mean like any ARM chip that you can find?  No.  We don't support ARM11, for instance, which precludes use on iMX31.  And we don't currently support Cortex-A8, so you can't use an OMAP3.  And we don't support the non-standard ARM9 JTAG on a Feroceon, so you can't use those Marvell parts.

Having said that, your CrossWorks license allows you to use it on any CPU that has an architecture we support.  Cortex-M3 is supported, along with many common implementations of it in STM32, LPC1000, Stellaris, and so on.

So, you'll need to be more specific.  We certainly don't claim that you can use it on "all" ARM chips.

Sorry,  what I meant to ask was:  Do I have to pay some fee for each different CPU or family? and you have answered that.  Thank you.

I cannot find the NXP Cortex-M3 LPC1800 in the latest arm support package, will CrossWorks plan to do it?

AFAIK, LPC1800 isn't really available yet.  We have an engineering sample board, but nothing at production status.
