Multiple Document Workspace not in Window menu

Hi,

Crossworks Help says that to change to Multiple Document Workspace mode:  From the Window menu, click Multiple Document Workspace.  I don't see that option.

What am I missing?

  This was removed because it just did not work very well on Windows, and did not work at all on Macintosh.  We're working on a completely revised manual.
