Minor nit-picks

CrossStudio 2.0 looks pretty slick. I've noticed a few oddities, nothing big though. I'm running 32-bit Vista.

1. Can't copy the version number from the About box. My version is 2.0.3.200(plus lots more digits).

2. Menu item "View | Toggle Dock Titles" works, but its keyboard shortcut is Meta+H, and I don't have a Meta key  :-)

3. Right-click then "Select in Windows Explorer" works, when right-clicking on a source file in the Project Explorer, however the same operation on an open source file's tab does not - it opens an Explorer window with my local "Documents" folder selected.

  Well,

  • I intend to create something like "Create Support E-mail" that will dump information about your system into a text file that we can use to assist you.  This will include version number.
  • Meta == Windows key.  The "Meta" string comes from Qt and is not configurable.
  • I know.  This is the wonder of quotation marks and Qt's spawn method.

  Nit-pick 1 and 3 have already been fixed and will appear in the next release.

  Thanks for the quick replies. I thought perhaps Meta = Windows-key, but it doesn't appear to work on my machine...

  D'oh! I take it back, Windows + Shift + H does work (Meta-H not Meta-h). My bad!
